WEEK5-INDEPENDENT STUDY

I am going to using two mods combine together as my final machinima documentary. One mod is my original one and the other one is set quarry as crysis environment. By combining these two mods, my inspire ideas are from Paul Virilio's concept of "pure war" and my Pachube sensor, and two flowgraph tutorial videos. Watching through this documentary will express my definition of real time environment war - defending and recapture.
"“A MUTATED FORM OF WAR THAT EXISTS IN A PURE STATE OF PERMANENT PREPARATION FOR AND ANTICIPATION OF ACTUAL WARFARE.” when the first time, our homeland was attacked by intruders, it is must be the time for us to pick up weapons and defending our homeland to avoid beyond number damnum. From the first clew of war, we have to have prepared for long time, called anticipation of actual warfare. A sense of  holy and inviolable should be conveyed by the music and the determination to retrieve the territory also called up to rouse viewer's anger to fight by the destroyed homeland, and this kind of impression is the primitive, simple and everlasting goal of pure war.
The documentary mode was used to record and pass the goal of the war, to identifying with viewer strongly, however, my mode didn't create a strong warfare atmosphere but at the end of mode, when the enemies fall down one by one, the future is tied with fighting so tightly together

To express my inspiration from Pachube feed and Paul's concept of " pure war", I have to mention that a war isn't only contain about human beings, that is why I choose a feed about cow house, there are three graphs which shows the temperature under man-made interference and natural behavior. 

In my point of pure war is all about desire,and it's all base on nature - land, so my environment had dead animal's body, they dead innocently  because our desire. From pachube, " datacenter" graph show when time gets longer, the instability is more distinctly, so I change the texture of piano in order to entertain and make the entity more interesting than default one.
All in all, the connection between my installation and pure war is productively and the damnify is beyond number.

To go through Paul Virilio's concept of Pure War and have a inspired model, the concept above is the definition of Pure War, different people got different inspire idea, there is an anticipation and eternal actual warfare, and in this case I have to consider about the observational and protective of the model, this model is a two-wall observation desk with tubes in the upper for observation and protection, and there is one v shape table to  express the final goal of a pure war.

This feed provide the information about temperature in different location and hour, it is a inspire feed that from the graph, the information is useful and practical, in my point, a good feed should involve the natural factor not keep in the  constant temperature.
